My ability to properly plan and organize creates a trait of resourcefulness and needs one to be fully proactive in the pursuit of success. My open mindedness creates an ability to be able to work with all kinds of personalities with diverse backgrounds and beliefs as no concept is too foreign. The ability to use words in both verbal and written, is a strong skill I posses, and comes in handy when appproaching discussions with difference in opinion and or work conflicts.
