An agent of change who strongly believes in the power of unity, Ntwenhle has been involved in community development for the past 10 years as a volunteer. This has shaped Ntwenhle into the human rights activist that they are today. Ntwenhle holds a diploma in management assistant and is a founder and chair of a youth led organisation (Masakhe Youth Foundation) which focuses on psychosocial challenges faced by young people. Ntwenhle is a Young African Leaders Initiative graduate in the civic leadership track as well as a poet. They are also a member of a big network called Activate Change Drivers initiative which encourages youth activism. An lGBTQI+ activist, Ntwenhle strongly believes in inclusivity and that our diversity is what makes us stronger. They are also a facilitator in their community as well as other organisations. Ntwenhle is one of the founding members Southern African Alliance on Youth Employment which is network of young people from the southern African continent coming together to try and solve unemployment at a global scale.
